Requirements:

• Completed National Senior Certificate (matric / Grade 12)
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a restaurant manager
• Wine knowledge
• Essential client service experience
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Availability to work during hospitality hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays)
• Own transport
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong staff management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff
• Ensure an exceptional culinary experience for all guests
• Maintain high standards of service and hospitality
