Snr Internal Communications Specialist

Reputable Asset Mgt firm seeks self-motivated and excellent communicator. Be instrumental in creating and implementing plans for internal/employee communications content. Develop appropriate internal communications initiatives including digital/web content. Create excitement and engagement with internal audiences. Influence the company’s culture and values. Exciting carer opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create a best-in-class internal communications function.
  • Fuel employee engagement, influence connectivity and culture, positively impact all departments.
  • Develop communication materials to articulate key messages.
  • Utilise written communications, presentation materials, Teams and other platforms, town halls, small group meetings, etc.
  • Ensure messaging and materials are of high quality, accurate, and integrated with the business.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity.
  • Write and edit impactful and engaging content that promotes programs and initiatives to support the company’s culture.
  • Works with partners and the broader Marketing and IT teams to explore new channels or technologies.
  • Manage content for the company intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, and informative.
  • Acts as Communications Business partner to strategic change programmes.
  • Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Journalism, Comm’s or relevant field.
  • Strong exp in Int. Communications in Asset Mgt or medium-sized bank or Fin Serv firm.
  • Proven track record of writing and editing content. Web and digital content.
