Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a background in remote lodge, camp, or hospitality developments?

We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee the delivery of luxury hospitality projects in some of Tanzania's most spectacular remote locations.

Your role will include:

✅ Managing site operations from mobilisation to completion

✅ Translating design packages into buildable work plans

✅ Driving programme delivery and resolving on-site challenges

✅ Leading in-house teams and managing contractors

✅ Maintaining uncompromising quality standards

✅ Coordinating logistics, materials, labour, and site resources

✅ Acting as management's representative on remote project sites

We're looking for candidates with:

✔ Proven construction management experience on remote lodge, camp, or hospitality projects (essential)

✔ Strong leadership and programme management skills

✔ The ability to work independently in challenging, remote environments

✔ A commitment to delivering exceptional quality

✔ Experience in East Africa is advantageous

✔ South African citizens willing to relocate to Tanzania
