A dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator is sought to join a busy HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys supporting people processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain and update employee records on HR systems
- Handle daily HR queries and employee document requests
- Assist with leave tracking and updates
- Support training administration, including invoices and records
- Maintain digital and physical HR filing systems
- Assist with compliance checks and HR audits
- Perform additional duties as required by evolving business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- HR Certificate or Diploma (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR administrative role (mandatory)
- Experience with Sage VIP, ESS, or similar HRIS systems
- High attention to detail and strong data capturing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Well-organised and able to manage time independently
