Superb career opportunity with boutique, growing advisory firm for a highly experienced individual to grow the Tax department. Reporting to the partners you will be responsible for:

• Tax department leadership and management
• Tax advisory and Compliance
• Estate Planning and Executorship oversight
• Client engagement and business development
• Operational and Financial Management
• Collaboration and Cross-department support

Qualifications and experience

• Master’s degree in taxation, Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) (or an equivalent qualification).
• 10+ years of relevant tax experience, with a strong background in:
• High-net-worth individual taxation.
• Multi-jurisdictional tax considerations (while remaining SA-based in advice).
• SARS compliance, tax audits, and dispute resolution.
• Managing and growing a tax department in a professional services firm.
