Role Purpose 

We are seeking a Talent Business Partner to join a leading independent power producer with a growing footprint in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a Talent Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and hiring managers to attract and retain top-tier talent for a company at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and strategies.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

  • Implement and oversee assessment centres for candidate evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in hiring.

  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment, preferably with 2+ years in the renewable energy sector.

  • Proven track record in high-volume and multi-skilled recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labour legislation, and HR systems.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
