Executive Personal Assistant (CEO Office) – Centurion

Location: Centurion

Our client, a leading organisation within the Telecoms/IT/ICT sector, is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO's Office.

This is a senior, trusted position requiring an individual who is comfortable operating at Executive, Exco and Board level, with exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the CEO and senior executives.

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, agendas, and documentation.

  • Prepare, collate, and distribute Board and Committee packs.

  • Attend meetings and take accurate, formal minutes.

  • Track actions and follow up on deliverables to ensure completion.

  • Draft executive correspondence, presentations, and reports.

  • Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion.

  • Assist with executive expense administration and office coordination.

Minimum Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an Executive PA/Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Executive Committee, and/or Board-level leadership.

  • Proven experience coordinating Board and governance meetings.

  • Strong experience preparing Board packs, taking minutes, and tracking actions.

  • Excellent diary management and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and administration skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

  • Previous Telecoms, IT, or ICT industry experience is essential.
