Purpose
A permanent opportunity is available for a highly organised and proactive Administrator – Sales Operations to join a growing team in Cape Town. This critical role supports the sales function by streamlining operations, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process & CRM Management

Maintain a structured sales process, tracking progress through the funnel and updating CRM records.

Identify gaps or inconsistencies in CRM data and work with the sales team to resolve them.

Monitor sales pipeline activity and ensure milestones are met in a timely manner.
Sales Team Coordination & Support

Manage team calendars, key deadlines, and follow-ups.

Keep action items on track and ensure accountability within the team.

Prepare sales materials, proposals, and support documentation as needed.

Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing where required.
Client Liaison & Relationship Management

Schedule meetings between the sales team and clients.

Follow up with client stakeholders to confirm actions, submissions, and deadlines.

Assist clients with forms and documentation to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Previous experience in a sales or commercial support environment, ideally within a renewable energy or tech-driven industry.

Proven experience in a PMO, sales support, or commercial operations role.

Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com), Excel, and general data management practices.

Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Professional client-facing manner with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with sales funnels and commercial processes is advantageous
