Group Treasury Manager

Excellent career opportunity with leading listed FMCG Group. Reporting to the Executive Head of Finance you will lead treasury activities across the Group. This role is suited to a strategic and analytical finance professional with strong treasury expertise, sound regulatory knowledge, and the ability
to provide clear financial insight to support decision-making. You will be responsible for cash visibility, forecasting, risk mitigation across foreign exchange, interest and fuel exposures, regulatory compliance, treasury reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
This position also plays an important leadership role in guiding the treasury team and aligning treasury operations with broader business strategy.

Qualifications and experience

• BCom Honours or an equivalent qualification is essential; CA(SA) will be advantageous.
• 5 to 7 years of treasury experience is essential, including proven exposure to the full treasury function and experience managing a treasury team.
• Demonstrated experience in hedging foreign exchange, interest rate, and fuel exposures, with sound commercial and technical understanding.
