Job Title: Financial Manager

Our client, a prominent EPC Company, is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join their operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). This role offers an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to the success and growth of a leading organization in a dynamic market.

Basic Duties:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and key stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of financial management experience, ideally in the Energies, Mining, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of DRC financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
