Function: Administration/Business Support
Reports To: Executive PA
Role Purpose:
The Personal Assistant (PA) is responsible for providing full-function personal assistant secretarial duties to the Chief Executive Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support at the executive level in a demanding, fast-paced, and fluid environment.
- Proactively manage multiple tasks and use initiative to meet the demands of the environment.
- Understand the interaction between sub-functions and prioritize information effectively.
- Facilitate internal and external communications with a diverse group of stakeholders, from basic skills through to professionals.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Be prepared to work outside normal working hours as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- At least 7-10 years’ experience at the Executive PA level, with at least 5 years supporting at the level of MD/GM.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of providing support at the executive level.
- Proactive, able to multi-task, and use initiative.
- Developed communication skills to facilitate communications with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Ability to filter, assess, and prioritize information.
