Project Administrator – TEMP
The Project Administrator supports the successful planning and delivery of on-site manufacturing projects. This role involves coordinating activities, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and scheduling project tasks.

Monitor progress and track milestones and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Manage material deliveries and site logistics.

Support health and safety compliance by managing documentation and access.
-
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Maintain up-to-date records, including scope changes, schedules, and correspondence.

Prepare and distribute project reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Update project management systems and trackers.

Assist with invoicing by tracking completed work and collecting necessary documentation.
Skills & Competencies

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Qualifications & Experience

National Diploma or equivalent in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.

Familiarity with heavy industrial sites is an advantage.

Strong skills in MS Office and project tracking tools.

Knowledge of procurement and invoicing processes.

Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
