• Provide expert functional support for SAP S/4HANA applications, ensuring smooth operation across diverse business modules such as Finance & Controlling, Procurement, and Project Management.

• Analyse issues raised by business users, delivering practical solutions that enhance efficiency and system performance.

• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to implement enhancements, resolve defects, and support system configurations.

• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides to foster knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

• Drive system training initiatives, guiding users towards best practices and optimal system usage.

• Participate in transformation projects to support ongoing process improvements and SAP optimization.

Duties:

• Support and resolve SAP incidents, performing root cause analysis.

• Translate complex business requirements into effective functional solutions.

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify areas for process enhancement.

• Assist with system configuration and testing.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SAP upgrades.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of SAP functional support experience.

• Proven expertise in SAP modules relevant to the role.

• Experience in training and developing end-user documentation.
