Job Description:

Join our IT solutions team within an Insure (Short-term Administration) company as a Senior BI Developer. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and building BI solutions that support both operational and strategic business goals. Your expertise in solving complex problems and deep understanding of business processes will be crucial in an environment that highly values data.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and analyze business requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain BI solutions through the full stack.
• Prepare and combine data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth.
• Perform relational and dimensional data modelling.
• Analyse and interpret data, build reports to provide business insights, and improve business processes.
• Mentor junior team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst Developer.
• Experience with either Power BI or Qlik.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong numeracy skills.
• Proven track record of project delivery.

Advantageous Requirements:

• Experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Talend, Qlik.
