This high-performance role offers unique opportunities to work on cross-border projects, with occasional travel to Windhoek, Namibia, and various project sites.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead and oversee all quantity surveying activities for diverse development projects across South Africa and Namibia.

• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure cost control, budgeting, and procurement processes align with project goals.

• Provide expert advice on contractual and financial aspects of development projects.

• Drive value engineering initiatives and risk management strategies.

• Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the new Cape Town office.

Duties:

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets.

• Negotiate contracts and procurement agreements.

• Monitor project expenditures and financial progress.

• Ensure contractual compliance and manage variations.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in quantity surveying within the development or construction industry.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

• Strong understanding of South African and Namibian construction regulations and contractual procedures.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Pr.QS or equivalent).

Nice to Have:
