Duties:

• Conduct fault-finding, problem-solving, and repairs on machinery.

• Install and commission machinery at client premises.

• Provide ongoing maintenance, servicing, and customer support assistance.

• Attend promptly to mechanical and operational breakdowns.

• Execute equipment rebuilds and general servicing.

• Coordinate and manage Works Orders alongside Customer Support tasks.

• Provide technical support to various internal departments.

• Deliver customer training and conduct routine machine assessments.

• Maintain strict adherence to quality control, quality assurance, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Solid technical skills with a focus on fault-finding and machinery repairs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work on-site in Paarl.
