Excellent career opportunity with a leading Financial Services Company. You will be assisting and reporting to the Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

SHORT TERM

  1. Follow up on cancellation letters
  2. Requesting of Policy schedules
  3. Follow up with companies and clients with regards to information / outstanding documentation
  4. Making of client appointments

LIFE INSURANCE

  1. Capturing of information on Xplan
  2. Oversee the Annual Reviews to be done with client
  3. Oversee the CSi Leads
  4. Contact clients with regards to unpaid premiums
  5. Handling of Beneficiary changes, debit order changes, disinvestments
  6. Prepare analysis / quotes for new business applications

The ideal candidate:

  • At least two years’ experience in the Insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English & Afrikaans)
  • Excellent team player
  • Thrives in a pressured environment
  • Hard-working, eager to learn new skills and flexible in taking on new tasks
