Superb opportunity to join growing, highly successful Fintech. The Head of Marketplace Growth will be accountable for the Marketplace and Customer
Engagement Strategy. This role’s mandate has a primary focus of building the depth and breadth of the supply side of the Marketplace while driving customer engagement through the eco-system. The role will work closely with other Marketing functions that are responsible for generating demand by providing key insights that aide optimisation of demand generation activities.

To deliver on this, the role will leverage off data-driven insights on users to identify and onboard new partners, product and how they are packaged to meet a user’s needs. Once the partners have been identified, the focus will be to convert and successfully onboard the new partners into the
marketplace. Thereafter, the relationship needs to be maintained by working closely with them to optimise conversion funnels, ensure product fit and build mutually beneficial long-term relationships.

Qualifications and experienced 
Min of 5 years’ experience in partner relationship, business development and/or key account management
CRM and Direct response marketing experience is essential
A proven track record in delivering results through strategic partnerships
