Reporting to the Chief HR officer you will be responsible for partnering with the HR team and business leaders to drive talent management strategies, tools and processes to meet the current and future business needs of the Group. The role is also responsible for diversity and inclusion as well as organisation design and development activities that enhance the organisation's effectiveness.

Qualification's and experience

Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology

A minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in a talent development/ Learning & Development leadership role

Track record of achievement and experience in the following disciplines:

• Organisational Effectiveness
• Organisational Design
• Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Performance and Goals Management
• Change Management
• Transformation
