Head Regulatory Compliance

Leading listed financial services group, with a solid commercial and industrial portfolio, are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Regulatory Compliance to their team.

Developing compliance regulatory tactical strategy plans, integrate practice formulation and to ensure operational implementation and adaption across multiples practices for methodology, governance, and delivery objectives.

achelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma, FAIS Qualified – RE1 & RE5 with 5 – 8 years’ experience in a Regulatory Compliance Management role with a strong regulatory background; legal, compliance and risk knowledge and Long-Term Insurance Act and Insurance sales process essential. Legal qualification very pref. Stable concern, with a sound employee value proposition and career succession plans.
