SET Secondments ensures our contractors are well-versed on current rules governing their profession and industry. We offer ongoing internal support to them, with technical assistance from a number of disciplines within our organisation, including IT, HR and accounting.

The contractors fall under the supervision and direction of our clients when it comes to their productivity, scope of work and output. We manage them from a planning, human resources (HR), payroll and industrial relations (IR) perspective, however, freeing our clients from time-consuming administration.

We also help curb reputation and enterprise risk by alerting clients to the compliance requirements for the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Act , Employment Equity Act as well as the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Our team leaders conduct Quarterly Quality Service Reviews for client feedback on the completion of outcomes during the assignment. We also send Assessment of Service Quality (ASQ) questionnaires following completion of all projects.
